The Matchday Promotion (“Matchday”) is run in ROI by So Hockey Ltd, at participating So Hockey locations www.sohockey.com (Online Purchases Only)
To participate in Matchday, club(s) and/or member(s) need to be registered to Matchday.

Participation in the Matchday Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Matchday
Matchday will commence on 1st January 2023. Registered clubs will have the opportunity to trade in Matchday goals, earned by the club and its members, for rewards and benefits. Club members will receive member benefits e.g., exclusive sales etc.
Each registered club will be provided with a unique trade-in time period provided by So Hockey ltd, in which rewards and benefits can be availed of.
Registering a Club
If you would like your Club to participate in Matchday you must follow the registration process outlined and available at https://www.sohockey.com/club-registration
*Club name will be published on our website so that your members can earn you “goals”
Registering a Member
If you would like to become a Matchday Member for your Club, you must register online at https://www.sohockey.com/member
If a member does not have a club at the time of registration, they may select “no club” and choose to join a club at a later date. In this case only future earned goals will be allocated to the members chosen club. Goals earned while “no club” was selected will not be retrospectively applied.
Members have the option to update their club choice in the event of a move from one club to another.
Goals are non-transferrable between clubs. In the event a member changes their club choice, all goals earned while registered with the previous club will remain to the benefit of the latter. All future earned goals will be assigned to the benefit of the members latest club choice.
Scoring Goals
Registered Matchday clubs will score active goals based on their members online transactions with So Hockey Ltd. and through scoring club goals by completion of tasks communicated by matchday@sohockey.com (details on this are outlined in this section of the T’s & C’s). Registered Matchday clubs can then redeem active goals against a provided rewards list during their trade-in period (see the ‘Club Goals redemption’ section for more details)
Both registered Members and registered Clubs can score goals as outlined below.
To Score Matchday Member Goals for your Club you must be a registered Matchday Member upon making an online transaction at www.sohockey.com.
Members can score Goals for all qualifying transactions, based on spend amount, made online at www.sohockey.com. The number of Goal you have scored will be communicated to your registered assigned Club.
To Score Matchday Club Goals you must be a registered Matchday Club.
Unlike with registered Matchday members, Clubs do not receive goals for purchases. Rather, Clubs will be communicated with on different ways to earn goals throughout the season, via email account matchday@sohockey.com
For example, clubs receive communication from matchday@sohockey.com containing content to share on their club’s social platform, along with a list of guidelines e.g., captions/hashtags to accompany content and/or a time period in which the post must be made.
Once content is shared and all guidelines are met, the club must send proof of all guidelines being met, i.e. screenshot, to matchday@sohockey.com.
Clubs will then be awarded a, previously outlined, number of goals upon completion and review by So Hockey Ltd.

*all official processes for clubs to earn goals and, all guidelines that must be followed to do so, will be communicated to clubs following their registration to Matchday only by matchday@sohockey.com
Scored goals are labelled ‘active’ when they are scored from the start date of the clubs last trade-in period (or their date of registration, in the event the club is new to the Matchday Rewards Programme) to the start date of their next trade-in period.
Goals scored during a club’s trade-in period are labelled active for their next trade-in period and do not count toward their current redeemable goal amount.
All unused/unredeemed goals following the club’s trade-in period will become expired and do not carry over to the next trade-in period. Expired goals are not redeemable against any rewards list.
*So Hockey reserves the right to refuse any registered clubs goal redemptions/trade-ins if they do not complete redemption/trade-in in co-ordinance with their allocated trade-in period.
Members Assigning your Goals to a Club
If you wish to change the Club you are assigning goals to during the promotion you must do so online via your So Hockey account. It is not possible to reassign any goals already scored to a club.
Use of your Matchday Promotion following a change in the promotion will be deemed acceptance of that change. We may terminate you or your club’s participation in Matchday at any time and if so, any goals scored may be forfeit. In each case, So Hockey will not be liable for any resulting loss or damage.
Club Goals Redemption
Registered Matchday clubs will be provided with a trade-in time period, in which the club will have the opportunity to redeem active goals against a rewards list that will be communicated to clubs via matchday@sohockey.com.
*Trade-in periods vary from club to club and are subject to change season on season.
So Hockey Ltd. reserves the right to adjust the content of rewards lists at their discretion. The provision/communication of a new rewards list results in any previously supplied rewards lists to become expired; clubs cannot redeem goals against an expired rewards list.
Clubs will be communicated with (via matchday@sohockey.com) two-months and one week in advance of the start of their trade-in period beginning.
So Hockey Ltd. will communicate total goals scored (both by the club itself and by its members) to the registered club contact in-advance of their trade-in period.
Registered clubs are permitted to request information regarding their own total goal amounts at any time, however, must do so via contact with matchday@sohockey.com
Clubs can select rewards to redeem based on their total amount of goals. Clubs must select these rewards from the most recently provided rewards list.
All clubs redemptions must be sent to matchday@sohockey.com from the registered club email address. So Hockey Ltd. will contact clubs on collection/delivery of chosen rewards.
Registered club’s trade-in period will last a total of 14 days.

Goals are non-transferable between different registered MatchDay clubs. Registered clubs cannot give any amount of their scored goals to another club.
General
No monetary value to the participant attaches to the goals earned.
Member goals are non-transferrable between Clubs throughout a season.
Club goals are non-transferrable between clubs.
SoHockey Ltd. can restrict products from earning goals, e.g. vouchers, camp purchases.
So Hockey Ltd. reserves the right to alter or amend any and all processes regarding scoring goals and redeeming goals.
So Hockey Ltd. reserves the right to schedule or to introduce further Matchday seasonal promotions as it sees fit.
So Hockey Ltd. reserves the right to adjust the value of a transaction to the amount of goals said transaction earns for the members allocated club.
All Goals and Rewards in the Matchday promotion are conditional on the requisite number of Clubs meeting the qualifying criteria.
So Hockey Ltd. accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected enrolments, redemptions or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.
All Clubs requesting registration will be subject to the approval of So Hockey Ltd.
So Hockey Ltd. reserves the right to refuse to register a club for the Matchday promotion should a particular club cause be deemed unsuitable or at odds with So Hockey’s objective to promote active community engagement, healthy social interaction and a healthy lifestyle.
Registered Members and Clubs agree to receiving emails containing offers and benefits exclusive to Matchday members. Unsubscribing from marketing emails is available in all email footers. This does not unenroll your registration from Matchday.
Un-subscription from the Matchday email list will only be completed via un-subscription through Matchday emails or by contact with So Hockey Ltd. It is accepted that customers/Matchday members agree to receive Matchday emails in any other case, this includes a member unsubscribing from the programme itself through their So Hockey account.
So Hockey will not be liable for any unauthorised use of a participant’s goals in any circumstances, including loss or theft.
If a club or member is deemed not to comply with these conditions, or club or member cannot be contacted with contact information provided for an active period, goals can be unassigned and discarded.
Awarding of the Matchday rewards will be conditional on the Club partaking in a photo call following redemption of goals. Clubs must, at So Hockeys request and free of charge, participate in all reasonable promotional activity (such as publicity, photography, social media) surrounding the redemption of goals.
If for any reason any aspect of Matchday is not capable of operating as planned, So Hockey may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any goals scored.

By opting to receive other communication from MatchDay registration, you consent to So Hockey retaining your information, including details of purchases, and using that information to inform you of offers and services which may be of interest to you.
We are obliged to disclose goals earned of successful registered members to their selected clubs.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be void, unlawful or unenforceable for any reason, that portion shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions. This shall not otherwise affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
You have the right to request a copy of your data currently held by us, and to rectify or remove personal details, by emailing info@sohockey.com
